Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The jewelry must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice). Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email/contact number] with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
Shipping charges and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund after verifying the issue.
