Buy One Get One Free Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility of Offer

This Buy One Get One Free (“BOGO”) offer is applicable only on products listed under the

Buy 1 Get 1 Collection. Products outside this collection are not eligible.                                                                     

2. Offer Applicability

To avail this offer, customers must select a minimum of two eligible products from the collection. 

3. Free Product Conditions

The free product must be selected from within the same collection. The higher-priced item will be considered as the chargeable product, and the lower-priced item will be provided free of cost.

In case both selected products are of the same price, one item will be treated as free as per system application at checkout. 

4. Non-Combination Clause

This offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discounts, coupon codes, or ongoing promotions. 

5. Tax Applicability (GST)

A 3% GST will be applicable on the final order value as per applicable laws of India and shall be borne by the customer. 

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases made under this offer are final. No refunds, returns, or cancellations will be permitted once the order is confirmed. 

7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges will only be allowed in cases of defective or damaged products, subject to verification and approval. No exchanges will be allowed for personal preferences. 

8. Order Cancellation

Orders under this offer cannot be partially cancelled. Any cancellation request will result in cancellation of the entire order, and the offer will no longer apply. 

9. Stock Availability & Fulfilment

All orders are subject to stock availability. The Company reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify orders due to stock issues or unforeseen circumstances. 

10. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping or additional charges (if any) shall be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise. 

11. Product Disclaimer

Slight variations in color, design, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handcrafted nature of jewellery. 

12. Fraud & Misuse

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of misuse, fraud, or bulk purchasing intended for resale. 

13. Right to Modify Offer

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Company’s location.  

15. Final Decision

The decision of the Company shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this offer.
